The IFEL team is a group of professionals that have used their
respective business, finance, operations and entrepreneurial
experiences to support minority business growth in a variety of
capacities. Our current management team — supported by
coaching volunteers and contracted resource providers — has an
exceptional mix of operational, strategic and finance experience
and is dedicated to fulfillment of the IFEL mission.
