The Accelerator

The IFEL Business Accelerator program is for serious minded
entrepreneurs who are putting all their eggs into their business
"basket". For this program we look for promising companies that
have the potential to grow into large scale businesses ($5 million+ in
revenue). In order for entrepreneurs to be considered for the
incubation program, they must go through the application process,
meet the requirements and agree to fulfill specific participation
requirements.

The focus of the Accelerator program is on comprehensive
entrepreneurial leadership development and sophisticated business
development advisory provided by industry and functional experts. We
work with participants to take their businesses from vision to value,
helping them gain access to all the tools and resources necessary
for long term, sustainable growth. Accelerator program participants
have access to:

		Below market rate office space with access to shared
		services, conference rooms and parking
		Intensive, customized business coaching in core areas:

business development
sales and marketing
financial management
human resources
technology deployment
regulatory compliance

		Financing assistance
		High quality networking opportunities

The primary component of the IFEL Accelerator program is intensive, customized business coaching. Our business coaching
methodology was developed with entrepreneurs like you in mind —
after we help you figure out what needs to be done and we help you
do it. While IFEL does not provide direct funding, IFEL invests
resources in Accelerator clients to mitigate access to capital as a
barrier to short-term survival and long-term success.
