Sasha Bernier
Sasha Bernier is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill with a degree in Finance. During his tenure at Chapel
Hill, Sasha interned at various financial services institutions. After
graduating, Sasha worked at Merril Lynch as a tax consultant and at
Thompson Financial in the capital expenditure department. Prior to
entering law school at the University of Pennsylvania (class of
2006), Sasha was a summer associate (SEO 2003) at Morgan
Stanley working both on corporate and retail transactions.

Lauren Boyer
Lauren is an independent consultant and works with a select roster
of clients to develop web sites, create e-marketing campaigns, and
restructure creative service teams.  She has over eight years of web
development and e-marketing experience in addition to copywriting,
information architecture, usability, project management, design
and technical expertise. Lauren has worked in an agency
environment and built sites for high profile clients such as
Philadelphia Electric Company, Perdue Farms, and Independence
Blue Cross managing budgets in excess of $15 million. Lauren
holds a degree in Specialized Technology from the Art Institute of
Philadelphia, has taught e-marketing for the Manhattan Institute of
Management, and is an occasional contributor for Internet.com’s
Ad Resource.

Andrea Fant-Hobbs
Andrea is a Senior Vice President of New York advertising agency
Vigilante, a division of the Publicis Group.  She has over 22 years of
experience in marketing and advertising with companies such as
ABC Television, The Olin Corporation, Colgate Palmolive and The
Prudential Insurance Company of America.  In her current position,
she manages the General Motors business – helping keep GM’s
finger on the pulse of the youth market. Andrea led the GM team in
the design and execution of the acclaimed Oprah Winfrey car
giveaway promotion that was recognized by industry insiders as
nothing less that genius.  Andrea also volunteers time as a board
member of the Girls Action Network (GAN), a 501c3 organization
that promotes career exploration for young girls in grades 7 through
12, and as a board member of the Columbia High School
Scholarship Fund.  Andrea is a graduate of Syracuse University
with a dual degree in marketing and communication from the
School of Management and the S I Newhouse School of
Communications.

Andrea is the recipient of many awards and commendations for her
personal and professional work including the Ebony Outstanding
Women in Marketing and Communications, and was voted one of
the 25 most influential Black Women in business by the Network
Journal.  She has been featured in Essence magazine and has
been published by American Legacy magazine.

She lives in South Orange New Jersey with husband Brad, and
their daughter Madison and Jack, their dog.

George Sierchio
George Sierchio is the President of Action Business Partners, Inc.,
a small business advisory firm that specifically works with small
business owners on common issues such as sales, funding,
finances, time management, employee problems, start-up troubles
and exit strategies. Before founding ABP, George had over 10 years
of experience owning and operating several successful small
businesses in a variety of technical and non-technical service
industries as well as the retail industry. This gives him a breadth of
general business operations knowledge as well as industry
specific expertise to give his clients the help they need.

George has a degree in Electrical Engineering with a Business
Management minor from the New Jersey Institute of Technology
and currently is a partner in several other small business ventures.  
Additionally, he is an accredited Small Business Advisor through
the Institute for Independent Business, an international
accreditation board dedicated to helping small and mid-sized
businesses. Some of his other business accomplishments
included being invited to prepare and deliver several seminars at
various trade shows around the country, article publication in
numerous trade magazines and business newsletters as well as
writing and publishing a book on online marketing for offline
companies.

Eric Woods
Eric has a breadth of professional experience encompassing the
large firm and entrepreneurial arenas.  Currently he is the CFO of
the NuAmerica Agency, an advertising and marketing agency
focused on providing major brands with access the multicultural
market place.  concurrently Eric is the co-founder and owner of the
first upscale wine and spirit retailer in Central Harlem called
Harlem Vintage.  Prior to these experiences Eric spent 10 years on
Wall Street as a trader at JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs.  Eric
holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Georgetown
University and is a graduate of Columbia University's Graduate
School of Business.
The Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership
