| Business Plan Services Whether you are fundraising or developing strategic partnerships, your business plan is an important document that conveys a message to the reader about your company. While most of us would never dream of presenting a self-prepared legal document or self-diagnosing a serious illness, many people will walk into a lender or enter discussions with a potential partner with a self- prepared business plan only to wonder why the reader didn’t “get it”. If you are ready to take your vision to the next level and need help developing a roadmap to get there, give us a call. Our team of experts will work with you to turn your vision into a professional document that helps you put your best foot forward. Our business plan services include: Business Plan Review: $375 An expert from our business plan review team will be assigned to your project. The expert will hold a 45-minute phone meeting with you to discuss your business and will provide you with a Business Plan Critique that suggests ways that you can improve your business plan. A reviewer will be available to re-read your updated plan and will provide final feedback via email. Business Plan Development: $1250 - $ 5275 IFEL will work with you to prepare a professional business plan that will: 1) facilitate fundraising efforts, and 2) serve as an operational guide for management. During the term of this project, we will also provide general strategic advice with respect to business matters relating to or affecting your ability to carry out the functions for which the business plan is being developed. The business plan development process includes: 1) Investigation, 2) Business Plan Preparation, 3) Review and 4) Delivery. Deliverables include bound and electronic copies of your business plan. Pricing is based on the complexity of the financial model, amount of money being sought, amount of money being raised and type of funding being sought. Financial Modeling/Financial Assumption Development: $750 Many people write long business plans that never answer the question "How does this business make money?" You will be assigned a coach to work with you to develop a financial model that makes sense. After providing your coach with your business plan, you and your coach will have four (4) 60-minute telephone meetings to discuss the components of your business model, assumptions, case scenarios and formatting. Action Plan Development: $395 Based on three (3) 45-minute phone interviews with the management team and supplemental data (eg. list of competitors, strategic plan, historical financials) provided by the management team, we will prepare an 18-month action plan for you with quarterly milestones. This action plan will help you stay on the path to success. PowerPoint Presentation Development: $495* A presentation expert will work with you to prepare a PowerPoint presentation. Material for the presentation will be taken from your business plan or other similar text. Our experts know how to develop presentations that focus the viewer on the key points that you want to make. Your presentation will be developed considering the business subject matter, formatting clarity, story development and presentation style. The overall goal is to make sure that your presentation clearly conveys the intended message to the target audience. Pitch Coaching: $600* The best presentation delivered poorly will not get you the result you want. A pitch coach will work with you in four (4) 60-minute meetings to refine your presentation/elevator pitch. * We recommend utilizing the Business Plan Review Service with this service. |
