Ms. Anh Molloy
Arbonne - Independent Consultant
Anh Le Molloy is the owner of Anh Le Design LLC, which distributes
botanically-based skin care, cosmetics and wellness products made by
Arbonne International and is also managing partner of riverBasket,
which designs and imports handcrafted and hand-embroidered fashion
accessories.

Ms. Molloy's background includes extensive experience and expertise in
public accounting, tax, auditing, manufacturing and financial
management at Fortune 100 companies. She is an active member of
the Arts Council of the Morris Area’s board of trustees and has been a
long-time singer and board member with The Masterwork Chorus. Ms.
Molloy received a BA in Accounting from William Paterson University
and has a CPA license from the state of New Jersey.  She resides in
northwest New Jersey with her husband Marshall.

Mr. Tom McMillian
Techtao, LLC – President
Tom McMillian is a consummate marketer who has developed
integrated marketing strategies for such brands as Listerine, Nexium,
Lipitor, Purell, e.p.t and Schick Razors & Blades. He specializes in
facilitating innovation as well as providing world-class interactive
marketing solutions to clients. Mr. McMillian was recognized by NJ
Entrepreneur in their New Jerseys Business Expert Center, where he
writes a monthly marketing column.  Mr. McMillian holds an AB from
Harvard University in biochemistry and MBA from the University of
Chicago in marketing, finance and health administration. He lives in
New Jersey with his wife and two delightful Clumber Spaniels.

Mr. Jason Canter
Wachovia Securities
Jason Canter has been a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors
since January of 2009. In 1997, Jason began his career in the financial
services industry as a college intern with Smith Barney. Since that time,
Jason has worked in different capacities in the financial services
industry and for several of the leading companies within the industry.
Prior to his coming to Wells Fargo, he was a Financial Consultant with
Axa Advisors from 2006-Jan. 2009. The work Jason does looks to
provide benefit to families and businesses by making the best use of
insurance dollars, minimizing taxes on investments and providing a
potentially higher rate of return without undertaking unnecessary risk.  
Areas of focus for Jason are college planning, retirement planning and
IRA/401K rollovers.  Jason currently resides in Morris County, NJ.

Mr. Thomas Grant
Colonial Title and Abstract Service
Mr. Grant is a Licensed Title Insurance Producer for New Jersey and is
manager of sales/marketing for a title insurance agency in Morristown,
NJ and has been with them for 25 years. Seven years ago he began his
own financial service business attaining his Series 6 & 63 security
license as well his life and health insurance license. He has an
Associates of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration from Centenary College.

Mr. Seth Daniels

Seth Daniels is the Managing Trusted Advisor for Premier Mortgage
Services. With over 20 years experience in the mortgage and lending
arena, Daniels works with partners, borrowers, and clients to ensure a
smooth mortgage process. Daniels started his career as a technology
entrepreneur and business development executive, playing a key role in
several technology start-ups. Seth Daniels is a national mortgage
expert and is a member of the National Association of Responsible
Loan Officers. In addition, he is a real estate investor and property
manager who enjoys traveling, working with other entrepreneurs and
identifying and utilizing new technology.

Mr. George Sierchio
Action Business Partners
George Sierchio, also known as The Consultant’s Coach, is an
electrical engineer by formal education and a serial entrepreneur by
nature. Before founding Action Business Partners, Inc. in 2003, Sierchio
had over 11 years of experience owning and operating several
successful businesses in a variety of consulting and service industries.
He is an accredited Small Business Advisor and a seasoned
entrepreneur, growing one of his businesses to the million-dollar mark
in just 4 years time. Besides his coaching/advisory work with
technology-based business owners, Sierchio recently published a book
entitled
B.Y.O.B- Build Your Own Business, Don’t Be Your Own Boss.

Mr. Andrew Smith
Paymedia
Andrew Smith is a Senior Account Executive with Paymedia Payroll and
Human Resources.  Prior to entering this field, Smith spent over 20
years of in the manufacturing and retail industries, deeply involved in
project management, technology, client support services, and all
aspects of budgeting.  In his current position, in addition to his sales
responsibilities, he provides ongoing customer liaison, problem
escalation, training and service-level support in the tri-state region.  His
interests include golf, outdoor sporting activities, and charitable events
hosted by motorcycle clubs.

Mr. Paul Profeta
Profeta Urban Initiatives Foundation
Paul V. Profeta is the president and owner of Paul V. Profeta and
Associates, Inc., which has been involved in real estate investment,
management and leasing throughout the country. Since its inception in
1976, the company has been involved in the acquisition and disposition
of over 100 properties. Profeta has also owned and managed Feist &
Feist Mortgage Corporation, whose mortgage banking portfolio
exceeded $150,000,000. From 1980 until 1989, Profeta served as an
Adjunct Professor at Columbia Graduate School of Business, lecturing
in the M.B.A. and M.D.P.E. programs. In 2008, he founded the Profeta
Urban Investment Foundation at the Rutgers Business School. A non-
profit organization, the Foundation provides seed capital for start up and
Stage One minority owned commercial ventures in Newark, N.J.  
Profeta holds a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the
Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Jessica Ballew
Investors Savings Bank
Jessica Ballew, Branch Manager/Assistant Vice President at the Morris
Plains Branch of Investors Savings Bank has had 19 years experience
in the Banking Industry beginning her career with First Union National
Bank in Florida in 1990. She has had the opportunity to work in every
position in the Retail Branch Banking Division, and has assisted in the
growth of many branches, both in Sales and in helping those on her
team move along in their career growth.  She currently focuses on
Business Development at ISB and is a member of the Morris County
Chamber of Commerce, a member and officer of the Mt. Olive
Education Foundation, serves as a member of the Steering Committee
for Women In Business, a member of the Parsippany Chapter of LeTip,
Team Leader for the Making Strides against Breast Cancer and
participates in the Vocational Program at the Jersey Battered Women’s
Shelter.

Mr. Rohan Mathew
Intersect Fund
Rohan Mathew is the co-founder and Executive Director of The Intersect
Fund, a nonprofit microenterprise development organization
headquartered in New Brunswick, NJ. In a little over a year, The
Intersect Fund has provided business training and loans to more than
100 low-income entrepreneurs from Newark to Trenton. Previously,
Mathew worked for Obama for America and in the Mergers &
Acquisitions group at Credit Suisse. Mathew holds a B.A. in
Mathematics with honors from Rutgers University.

Mr. Brent Cosgrove
Brent Cosgrove has over 20 years of Corporate Finance experience,
having worked for two Fortune 500 companies. Brent found his niche in
a fast pace environment, involved in all aspects of a small software
development business. Brent was instrumental in creating a complete
accounting and finance structure for the European arm of the business,
while on assignment in Paris for two years. Upon his return to the
United States, Brent joined the management team and assisted in
growing the company to $500 million through organic and acquisition
growth. Brent took two years exploring his entrepreneurial side, and
now works in an education business that is backed with Private Equity
funds. He is in a senior financial role assisting with an annual growth of
close to 15%. In his spare time, Brent enjoys working on old homes
and traveling.
